Hailing from Aetomilitsa and born on 03.25.1944, Theodore Nitsiakos studied at the Agricultural School of Thessaloniki and further training in the Netherlands in BirdLife issues decided in 1972 to create a small player ancestral hens away from Ioannina. In order to obtain the required funds and because the Agricultural Bank of secured all the necessary financing, addressed the parents who sold their sheep to assist in the effort.
