The Karalis Dairy Industry orginated from the decanting of the cheese - dairy which operated in Petra, Preveza for more than 50 years, but was of outdated technology. Today, the cheese - dairy is of modernized structure and technology with a daily capability of processing 80 tons of milk. The excellent quality of our products are successful due to strict inspection of our milk's quality and our dairy products. Our traditional methods of production have been adjusted for today's technological progress and know-how of the modern dairy industrty.
