Wild bore sausages ( naturally matured without preservatives) After meat inspection and laboratory test to ensure that Trichinella spiralis parasite is absent, we add a mixture of herbs and put the meat in pig’s intestine.
The product stays in the maturation chamber 15-20 days. Then it is packaged in special glass vases where the sausages, cut in portions, are immersed in sunflower oil or are covered in wax and finally are preserved in a temperature of 2-4°C. This special packaging
procedure offers the product a life of 18 calendar months.
The product must be heat treated before consumption-this is clearly stated in the packaging (back label).
